Esher has been getting a bit of a make-over during the Summer with new road surfaces in the town centre, a refurbishment in Waitrose and a brand new Theatre due to open. In this month’s e-newsletter we are also explaining what the Local Plan is, detailing the various ways to contact the Council to sort out problems around the borough, and highlighting another of our Blue plaques – this one for Baron Scarman.
