The Esher Residents Association Committee is delighted to have Elmbridge Borough Councillor, Simon Waugh, on board as part of the ERA team. Simon, the current Deputy Mayor, will be working together on the Council with the ERA’s Richard Williams and David Young. Wreaths were laid by local residents and groups including the Scouts, Guides and Police Cadets. Dominic Raab and the ERA and Conservative Councillors also laid wreaths.
