Esher Place – Appeals Submitted by Developers

The developers have submitted appeals against last year’s refusal of planning permission at Esher Place. The appeal will go to the Secretary of State. The ERA will be reviewing the appeals and submitting a response.

If you wish to make comments, or modify/withdraw your previous objection, you can do so online at All further representations must be submitted to the Planning Inspectorate within 5 weeks of the start date and you must quote the relevant appeal reference. The appeal was lodged on 29 September so submissions must be made by 3rd November.
