Many congratulations to ERA’s Simon Waugh on his election last night as The Worshipful the Mayor of the Borough of Elmbridge. Simon is the first ever ERA councillor to become Mayor and the first Esher Ward councillor to be elected as Mayor since Iris Simmons in 1989.
