Crackdown on illegal moorings on the Thames

On Wednesday 25 June, Elmbridge Borough Council led a joint enforcement operation at Cigarette Island, East Molesey, with the Environment Agency, Surrey County Council, and Surrey Police. Remembrance Sunday
