Remembrance Sunday
At 11am, Sunday 10 November, a large crowd that had gathered around the Esher War Memorial, fell silent for a minute to commemorate the contribution of British and Commonwealth military and civilian servicemen and women in the two World Wars and later conflicts.
Amongst others, young and old, our three ERA borough Councillors, Simon Waugh, Richard Williams and Simon Leifer added their wreaths to the many laid on the memorial.
