Plans emerge for 221 homes on Hersham Golf Course
Large housebuilder, Countryside Partnerships, is proposing to develop a part of Hersham Golf Course to create 221 homes. This land lies in the Hersham Village ward, but is near to the Hersham Riverside part of the Esher ward and will, if built, have an effect on the lives of our residents.
It should also be noted that it is on Green Belt land which the ERA has always fought to protect.
Curiously, the developer is holding three public consultations, only one of which has been held in Hersham itself.
See the plans proposals here.
Should you wish to attend any of the remaining consultations they are to be held on:
Sunday 15 October 2-5pm – Esher High Street – near Hamptons Estate Agents
Wednesday 18th October 2.30 – 6.30pm – public space between the Heart Shopping Centre and Sainsbury’s

Has Hersham Park gone to planning yet at Elmbridge council.
Can you please keep me updated, hopefully this will not get approved

Quite ridiculous this has been put forward a few years ago and failed. The ground gets flooded and increase of cars residents will cause more chaos than there is now. Object strongly against this application. Jake Rowledge
