Delighted you were re-elected and congratulations on becoming mayor.
I am writing to express my concern at the total lack of understanding about environmental issues by the Commons grass cutter. Our patch of common on Littleworth Lane was cut yesterday just as some of the wildflowers that have grown were just setting their seeds so they flower next year. They ought to be encouraging wild flowers and wild life not destroying it. If this is not your portfolio could you pass it on to whoever is. Many thanks Christine
